Terms and Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using “Chat With Jesus Today” app (the "App"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the App. This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Digital Arts and Sciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("DAS", "we", "us", or "our").

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, DAS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App on devices that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of DAS. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works based on the App.

3. Privacy Policy

DAS respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.

4. Subscription and Billing

The App offers a premium subscription that allows for unlimited messages with no character limits. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, dependent on what you selected. Payments are processed through your Apple account at the time of purchase confirmation. The subscription fee is charged up front at the beginning of each billing period. This could be monthly or annually dependent on what you selected. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of your current period. Your account renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the App Store. 

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. DAS disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DAS be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement, the App, or your use thereof.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Changes to this Agreement

DAS reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised terms on our website or within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
